Office Manager
After working for two of New Zealand’s top insurers in Claims and Management, I joined Nicola Wadey and Leecia Burford in 2013 to take on a more personal approach. With 10 years of claims experience and 5 years in management, I now serve as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to Nicky and Leecia.
Claims are my passion, especially as clients face vulnerable and challenging moments. I advocate for clients whenever a claim is needed, aiming to make the process smooth and to give true peace of mind.
When it’s time to claim, I manage the process and work with the insurer on your behalf. Once a claim is accepted, I follow through to make sure payment happens quickly, keeping you informed throughout.

The Professional Advisers Association (PAA) Excellence Awards were announced at the National Advisers Conference Gala Dinner, last Thursday night, 28 July 2016.
The PAA Excellence awards are designed to recognise PAA members who demonstrate the founding values of the Association: client advocacy, diligence in their work, compliance with relevant regulations and professional development.
Nominated by industry partners, nominees were scored across a range of criteria by an independent panel of judges.
