I just felt that I had to send you an e mail to say how impressed my husband, Dave, and I were with the service we received from Leecia over the past few days. She came to our home last Thursday to discuss our Life, Health and Trauma insurances.

We appreciated how honest she was and at the same time, looking out for the best ‘deal’ for us. She followed up matters promptly and had all the answers that we required (or found out at a later time and reported back to us.) While she has a professional, empathetic manner, she also demonstrated a personable, friendly side; she was very easy to relate to.

Dave and I were very pleased with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Leecia to others.

If someone had told me that my Insurance Broker would end up being a key professional in the “arsenal of life” but also a trusted friend I would have been likely to reply with a giggle.

Then again I was yet to meet Leecia.

She was relatively new to the game but had learnt from a master. She learned quickly.

There are so many products and technical angles that need to be shaped to each individual’s circumstances. She nails it every review (and these are done regularly).

What you can’t teach is “care” factor, true empathy and a realist approach where you as the client are given valid options and involved in the process even when some of the questions get tough.

Recently I had a call from my specialist to say that to air on the side of caution I would need a further procedure. My first call was to Leecia for advice and so she could keep my file up to date. I then called my husband and the insurance provider (as not one Leecia handles for me due to prior history).

With insurance it is nice to have peace of mind you are covered. With Leecia in your camp you can take that feeling to the next level as she is a fierce advocate for those who need claims and still has the soft edges to give the hugs and bring chicken soup.

A rare breed that from what I hear the insurance industry need more of.

Dave and I appreciate all the care and effort the team puts into make sure we covered! But more than that, we love the fund and smiles you add along the way Leecia.

Time to review insurance policies – Yuk! We thought we knew the high level detail of our existing policies, but clearly we didn’t!! Leecia was extremely thorough (and patient) in reviewing the detail of our existing policies; the end result being a well thought through proposal, with a number of options based on our current stage in life.

The process was something we should have gone through ages ago; we now have a significantly more comprehensive insurance portfolio than we did, yet for a similar monthly premium.

If Leecia suggests a review, I would recommend going through the process…you may be pleasantly surprised.

What I most appreciate about Leecia is her ability to keep things real and cut through the predictable jargon of insurance Q&A to deliver results; she gave me as much time as needed without pushing me into a decision and most importantly we got the right insurances for the right price.
